Toulet has established precise rules regarding the retention period for Users’ personal data.
5.1. General rules regarding management of the commercial relationship:
To calculate the most appropriate retention period, Billards Toulet distinguishes between:
so-called “prospects”, who have never made a purchase from Billards Toulet or its partners: 3 years,
so-called “customers”, who have made a purchase: 5 years.
For prospects, the retention period begins upon account creation.
For customers, the retention period begins upon their last purchase from Billards Toulet.
